  • 1 pound beef 93% lean
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped

  • 1 can (10 ounces) of chopped soft tomatoes with green chiles, drained
  • 1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup light beer (Corona) or 3/4 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • black pepper, to taste


  • Set Instant Pot to Sauté capacity and include oil. Include onion and cook until delicate, 5 minutes. Mix in garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 moment, at that point include tomato glue, mixing to join.
