  • 4 medium potatoes boiled
  • 4 carrots chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup green peas shelled
  • 8-10 french beans
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • 4 green chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 4 buns bread


  • In a skillet pour water and heat it. Boil carrots and cauliflower. Also, boil French beans. After boiling cool the veggies and mince them or mash them.
  • In this minced mixture, add mashed potatoes and green chilies which were chopped earlier.
  • Also, mix salt in this mixture. Divide the mixture into equal portions. Make small patties from the prepared dough or mixture.
  • To prepare the batter, mix refined flour or all-purpose flour with water.
  • Now dip the prepared patties in this batter one by one. After coating with batter coat each of them with bread crumbs.
  • Take a deep pan and heat sufficient oil in it. Fry each of the patties in this heated oil and make sure that they do not stick to each other.
  • Make sure they get a golden brown color and drain the excess oil on absorbent paper.
  • Now take the bread buns and slice them half from the center. (horizontally)
  • Heat up from both sides.
  • Apply butter or oil on the bread and then put in the vegetable patties in these bread buns. Then top each patty with sliced onion and cucumber, You can also use tomato for the purpose.
  • Serve immediately with ketchup. You can also apply ketchup or mayo to the bread slices to make it even tastier.
