In the beginning, set your oven to get preheated at 350 degrees.
Cook or boil your spaghetti in your regular way or according to the directions that you can read on the package.
When your pasta or spaghetti is still hot take it out in a bowl and mix the cream cheese with this pasta.
Grab a large deep skillet and heat oil in it on a medium flame. Stir fry onions in this skillet for 2-3 minutes. Then add your ground meat to this skillet. Combining it with the onion cook your meat and drain the excess oil.
Add salt, chili powder, pepper, shredded cheddar, and Mix ell. After simmering for a few minutes add Worcestershire, ketchup, and prepared mustard.
After a few minutes, mix the beef broth in this mixture. Also, mix the spaghetti and cream cheese mixture.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread the remaining cheese over the whole mixture.
Bake for half an hour so that the cheese can melt completely.
Garnish your baked dish with parsley and paprika.
