  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp ground paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp dill weed
  • 1/2 large white onion chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed unsalted crackers


  • Place the ground beef in a large bowl.
  • The first step is to spice up your beef. So for this purpose add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, mustard, paprika, and dill weed to your beef bowl.
  • Secondly, mix onion and beaten eggs in the beef mixture.
  • And finally, in the end, pour in the Worcestershire sauce.
  • Knead the beef quite well (properly and gently). Then mix in the crackers to add a bit of crunch. Mix thoroughly.
  • Take small portions of the dough. Shape it into half-inch thick patties.
  • The next process involves the grilling of your beef.
  • Preheat the grill pan, and grill the steaks that you have made in this pan. Grill for at least 6-8 minutes per side. Flip and then grill the other side.
  • Serve hot in your platter along with tomato ketchup and garlic mayonnaise.
