  • 8 potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup softened butter
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions


  • Bring a large skillet and fill it with water. Boil the potatoes until they get softened. Continue boiling for at least 25-30 minutes.
  • Drain the water and place the boiled potatoes in a large bowl. Peel the potatoes when a little cool.
  • Mash the potatoes by using a fork or a hand mix.
  • Then for making this potato dish more delicious, add in a cup of heavy cream along with the softened butter.
  • To give it the amazing garlic flavor, add the minced garlic and whisk the mixture.
  • To flavor and season your potatoes, sprinkle salt and fresh pepper in the mixture.
  • Throw 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
  • You can add more cream or butter as required to get the desired consistency of your mashed potatoes.
  • Shower the chopped green onions on your potato mixture to make it look presentable at your dining table.
