  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1-2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1-2 teaspoons original TABASCO brand pepper sauce


  • Gather all the ingredients near you and start the process.
  • In a large saucepan, brown the beef.
  • You can also pressure it in the pressure cooker to make sure that your beef is cooked completely.
  • After cooking, drain all the fat from the meat.
  • Now, in a frying pan add your cooked meat and then throw in all the spices and seasoning one by one.
  • Add the tomato sauce, oregano, and cumin. Mix well.
  • In the next step, pour some water into your cooking mixture. Stir well, and then add chili powder, sugar, and cocoa. Hot sauce is also the base of our chili starter. So, add some quantity of it.
  • Bring your mixture to a boil. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
  • Cook for additional few minutes after mixing the cooked mixture with tabasco brand pepper sauce.
  • Your Tabasco chili sauce is ready. You can serve it with tortillas, cornbread, or some fried food.
