For Filling
First of all heat the butter in the pan. After it melts add chopped garlic and saute it.
Take a bowl with two cups of Maida. Boil the corn and spinach and add into the bowl filled with maida.
Cook Maida mixture for five minutes on the pan provided with the butter then add cold milk and prepare a thick consistency batter until it becomes a sauce.
Add spices black pepper, salt, red chili flakes, Italian seasonings.
Add cheese. Cook for five minutes.
The filling is ready.
For Sandwiches
Take bread slices apply a little butter and spread the spinach corn mixture on them.
You can also add shredded mozzarella cheese on the top of the sandwiches but that's optional.
You can either grill them, roast them on Tawa, you can also make them in the electric sandwich maker.
Serve with your prepared sauces either to your family or to your guests and they will definitely adore your recipe.
