  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Maida
  • 14 slices of Bread
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • Italian seasonings
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cups Boiled Corns
  • 1 cup Boiled Spinach
  • Red chili flakes
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste


  • For Filling
  • First of all heat the butter in the pan. After it melts add chopped garlic and saute it.
  • Take a bowl with two cups of Maida. Boil the corn and spinach and add into the bowl filled with maida.
  • Cook Maida mixture for five minutes on the pan provided with the butter then add cold milk and prepare a thick consistency batter until it becomes a sauce.
  • Add spices black pepper, salt, red chili flakes, Italian seasonings.
  • Add cheese. Cook for five minutes.
  • The filling is ready.
  • For Sandwiches
  • Take bread slices apply a little butter and spread the spinach corn mixture on them.
  • You can also add shredded mozzarella cheese on the top of the sandwiches but that's optional.
  • You can either grill them, roast them on Tawa, you can also make them in the electric sandwich maker.
  • Serve with your prepared sauces either to your family or to your guests and they will definitely adore your recipe.
