Chicken Bread Rolls Recipe

For Stuffing

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 ginger
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt

For bread rolls

  • 2 large-sized eggs
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • Cream cheese as a spread
  • 15 pieces white or brown bread
  • Oil for frying


  • Boil the boneless chicken and then shred it.
  • In a pan, add a splash of oil and fry chopped onions in it. Add minced ginger and garlic. Also, add green chilies. For adding taste and flavor to it, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
  • Make the fried mixture wet by adding chopped tomatoes. After frying the tomatoes, fry the boiled chicken in it the same pan. Your filling is ready. Shower the coriander leaves in it.
  • Take the bread slice after cutting the sides, make it thin with a rolling pin.
  • Use cream cheese as a spread on the bread and then make a layer of chicken mixture. Roll the bread and seal both sides with your hands by pressing.
  • Treat all the remaining slices in the same way.
  • In a bowl take bread crumbs and in another bowl beat the eggs. Coat the rolls first in the egg batter and then in the bread crumbs.
  • Now bake them either in the oven or deep fry them in a skillet filled with oil.
  • The dark brown color of bread looks so attractive that one can't wait to have it. Serve hot with ketchup and mayo.
