  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 8 dried red chilies
  • 1/2 cups fresh tomato paste
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1/4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp basil
  • Salt to taste


  • In a grinder, unite dried red chilies, dried basil, garlic, ginger, sugar, and a small quantity of water.
  • Grind and blend quite well until it gets a smooth texture.
  • Now take a large-sized container or a bowl and add the mentioned quantity of ketchup, tomato paste, the blended red chili paste, and salt.
  • Also, add black pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients quite well until all of them give their flavor as a union.
  • Then in the end add oregano and onion powder.
  • Stir the mixture finely and then put it aside so that it can settle completely to give the best taste. You can also refrigerate it for 2-3 hours for amazing results.
  • Now your pizza sauce is ready. You can spread it on your pizza dough and make your favorite pizzas.
