  • 1 packet San Georgio elbow macaroni pasta
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/8 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 4 cup milk
  • 4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese


  • Cook your elbow or pasta macaroni in boiling water. Add 1 tbsp of salt to it. Moreover, the addition of 1 tbsp of oil will be helpful because it will prevent the pasta from sticking together.
  • In the meantime, take a pan and put in butter for the purpose of melting it. Then add in flour, salt, and pepper. Blend all these ingredients.
  • Stir the mixture while heating. Then add milk while continually whisking it.
  • Cook until the sauce gets to boiling and bubbles are formed in it.
  • It's high time for adding cheese. Add the shredded cheese and wait until it melts.
  • Now add the cooked pasta to the cooked sauce and mix well.
  • Pour in your mixture in the baking loaf pans and bake for 30 minutes.
  • And WOW what an incredible cheese macaroni you have made. SERVE! your extra cheesy macaroni to your family members who are already its admirers.
