  • 10 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup green chili chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped


  • First of all, boil your elbow macaroni and drain the water out. Put it aside in a bowl.
  • Fry the chopped vegetables a little bit for 1-2 minutes and then mix macaroni with these.
  • Mix the seasonings and dressings in a separate bowl. The seasonings include salt, pepper, and vinegar. The dressings include mayonnaise and mustard. Also, sweet relish is an important compound.
  • Mix them pretty well. You can also add cream to it if you like.
  • You can also add the veggies without frying so that they will retain their crunch and the salad will taste quite good.
  • Moreover, you can add an additional ingredient which is pineapple. Pineapples are love and one cannot resist them. They will simply beautify your salad by adding a pop of color and amplifying its taste.
  • Refrigerate your salad before serving by tossing it with your favorite toppings.
