White Fence Farm Kidney Bean Salad Recipe

  • Kidney beans
  • Chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Sweet relish
  • Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Few pinches of sugar
  • Some herbs for topping


  • Rinse and drain the kidney beans in a bowl and save the liquid for the purpose to make the mixture thin if needed.
  • Wash the diced celery and drain all the water. Mix the celery and the beans in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, blend the mayo, whip cream, sweet relish, onion powder, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
  • Now add the prepared dressing to the bean mixture and mix quite well.
  • Cover the bowl and let it settle by refrigerating it for some time.
  • Present it to your guests by sprinkling a few green leaves. They will surely gonna like it.
