Knorr Taco Rice Recipe

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet Knorr Mexican Rice
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning


  • Fry the grounded beef in a pan until it is fully browned and cooked at low heat. Add salt to it and also drain the fat if desired.
  • Pour 1 1/2 cup of water and then put in a packet of Knorr Mexican rice and cook by covering it with the lid according to the given directions on the packet. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Add Taco seasoning to it. In the end, top with the chopped tomatoes and cook at medium heat for two minutes.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese in it and stir which will cause it to melt in the mixture.
  • Place your bowl of rice mixture in the platter to serve by topping it with some more cheese, tomatoes, and your shredded lettuce leaves.
  • You can also use taco toppings or whatever you like for your dish to be topped with.
