Fry the grounded beef in a pan until it is fully browned and cooked at low heat. Add salt to it and also drain the fat if desired.
Pour 1 1/2 cup of water and then put in a packet of Knorr Mexican rice and cook by covering it with the lid according to the given directions on the packet. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add Taco seasoning to it. In the end, top with the chopped tomatoes and cook at medium heat for two minutes.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese in it and stir which will cause it to melt in the mixture.
Place your bowl of rice mixture in the platter to serve by topping it with some more cheese, tomatoes, and your shredded lettuce leaves.
You can also use taco toppings or whatever you like for your dish to be topped with.
