In the very first step, finely chop the garlic cloves and parsley. Put them aside in a bowl.
Take your ground Turkey beef in a bowl and add the chopped ingredients to it. Add one egg into it and also throw in some bread crumbs. Both of these ingredients will hold the material together.
Now for seasoning, add half a tablespoon of salt and paper and also add some onion powder. Squeeze some olive oil into it and mix well.
It's the time for shaping the meat. Damp your hands and shape your ground turkey into a larger pet than the bun size because it is gonna shrink while cooking. Keep the petty thick or as per choice.
Spray some olive oil on these, and grill. Also, shower some oregano over it. Grill both sides of it completely until browned. Then add slices of cheese at the top.
While you have to wait for grilling, chop the rest of the ingredients including tomato, onion, and lettuce.
Heat your burger buns a bit. Put on some garlic mayo sauce and then top it one by one with the patties, onion, tomato, and lettuce.
