  • 2 pounds ground turkey breast meat
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp of fresh pepper
  • Soft burger buns
  • 3 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • A little bit of lettuce


  • In the very first step, finely chop the garlic cloves and parsley. Put them aside in a bowl.
  • Take your ground Turkey beef in a bowl and add the chopped ingredients to it. Add one egg into it and also throw in some bread crumbs. Both of these ingredients will hold the material together.
  • Now for seasoning, add half a tablespoon of salt and paper and also add some onion powder. Squeeze some olive oil into it and mix well.
  • It's the time for shaping the meat. Damp your hands and shape your ground turkey into a larger pet than the bun size because it is gonna shrink while cooking. Keep the petty thick or as per choice.
  • Spray some olive oil on these, and grill. Also, shower some oregano over it. Grill both sides of it completely until browned. Then add slices of cheese at the top.
  • While you have to wait for grilling, chop the rest of the ingredients including tomato, onion, and lettuce.
  • Heat your burger buns a bit. Put on some garlic mayo sauce and then top it one by one with the patties, onion, tomato, and lettuce.
