  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2minced Onion
  • 1/4tbsp of dried parsley
  • Sweet pickle relish
  • 300gmayonnaise (should be about a cup)
  • Halftbsp of Pepper
  • Halftbsp of salt

  • In the very beginning, we need to squeeze half a lemon to get at least 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Get rid of the seeds that were going to fall in the juice.
  • In the second step, cut an onion and chop half of it completely and keep it in hydrated water for about half an hour and then clear the water out.
  • By your choice, you can replace this onion with ready-made onion powder.
  • Then pour a bowl with mayonnaise and add lemon juice into it. Blend the batter expertly.
  • After that put in some sweet pickle relish which is the main element that makes our sauce worth eating.
  • Now add the chopped onions into the blend and give it a good stir until you have a good whip cream-like consistency.
  • In the end, it's high time for seasoning. For flavoring sprinkle pinches of salt and black pepper as per choice. The juiciness of the blend will absorb them completely.
  • Blend the mixture.
  • Give It about an hour to settle and there you go. Your homemade tartar sauce is ready which can give you all restaurant feels while having your food at home.
  • You can either add garlic paste or garlic powder to amplify the taste if you like it. Likewise, you can add jalapeno pepper or hot sauce to season your tarter sauce. Thus, you can enjoy your combo meal while sitting at your own place.
