Knorr Soupy Noodles Recipe

  • 1 Knorr soupy noodles (pack of 4 noodles)
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup carrots cut into thin long slices
  • 1/2 cup capsicum cut into thin long slices
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1 tomato cut into small pieces
  • 2 onion cut into slices
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 6 cloves of garlic chopped fine
  • 2 green chilies chopped fine
  • 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chinese seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1-2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp lemon
  • 2 tbsp spring onion greens
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Some potato chips/sticks for garnish (optional)


  • Heat oil in a pan or kadai, add chopped onion, green chilies, ginger and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add black pepper, turmeric powder, and salt and mix well.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and vegetables and cook for a few minutes on high flame. Keep stirring.
  • Add soya sauce and Chinese seasoning and mix well. Take some cooked vegetables on a plate and keep them aside for garnishing.
  • Now, add the required quantity of water according to the pack instructions. Add knorr noodles masala powders and mix well.
  • When the water starts boiling, add noodles and let them cook until done. Keep stirring in between and add a little water if it gets very thick.
  • When the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat and add chopped coriander leaves and spring onions. Pour the soupy noodles into a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with sautéed vegetables and potato chips if you like. Serve immediately.
