Boil water in a pot over medium heat. Add potatoes and boil for 5 minutes. Drain.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients and add half of the seasoning to the shrimp. Mix to coat well and leave for 15 minutes.
In a skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat and sautégarlic until fragrant then add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes per side until golden brown then remove shrimp from skillet.
Now, add sliced peppers to the skillet and cook for 2minutes. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes then add potatoes and cook until tender. Stir occasionally.
Add tomatoes and remaining seasoning to the skillet, stir well and cook for 3 minutes.
Finally, add cooked shrimp, stir well to combine all the ingredients and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Transfer the shrimp and vegetables to a large serving tray. Serve with garlic bread and enjoy.
