Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 400F.
  • Combine 1 tablespoon sugar, yeast and ½ cup warm water. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Add bread flour, all-purpose flour, oil, 3 tablespoon sugar, salt, and 1 and half cups warm water. Knead until smooth and soft.
  • Let the dough rise for 1 hour. Split into 12 pieces and roll into loaves.
  • Place the loaves on silpat lined baking sheet. Let them rise for 45 minutes. Slash with a sharp knife.
  • Bake for 18 minutes in the oven. Remove from oven and cut the bread in half. Make burgers/sandwiches and enjoy the delicious bread.
