  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 140 g Butter
  • 2 Vanillin sachets
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 2 tsp Baking powder for cakes


  • First melt the butter in a double boiler or microwave and let it cool. Put the eggs with the sugar in a bowl and mix quickly with a fork.
  • Put the flour, baking powder and vanilla in the bowl as well. Pour in the butter a little at a time, mix with a fork.
  • Chop the dark chocolate with a knife, add it to the doug hand mix with a spatula. You can also use chocolate chips.
  • Cover the 28 × 34 mold with parchment paper. Roll out the cookie dough with the help of the spatula and level it.
  • Place the plate in the oven and let your cookies bake at 180° in a convection oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and cut them with a knife.
  • Let cool before serving your chocolate cookie bar. Good dessert to everyone!



You can add chopped hazelnuts to the dough or to the surface.
