Easy Cookie Bar Recipes with Few Ingredients
250 g all-purpose flour
200 g Sugar
140 g Butter
2 Vanillin sachets
100 g Dark chocolate
2 tsp Baking powder for cakes
First melt the butter in a double boiler or microwave and let it cool. Put the eggs with the sugar in a bowl and mix quickly with a fork.
Put the flour, baking powder and vanilla in the bowl as well. Pour in the butter a little at a time, mix with a fork.
Chop the dark chocolate with a knife, add it to the doug hand mix with a spatula. You can also use chocolate chips.
Cover the 28 × 34 mold with parchment paper. Roll out the cookie dough with the help of the spatula and level it.
Place the plate in the oven and let your cookies bake at 180° in a convection oven for about 20 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and cut them with a knife.
