In a small bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda andsalt.
Whisk eggs and vanilla together in a small bowl and setaside.
Now in a medium bowl, stir the sour cream and all dry ingredients together. Mix them until combined then add eggs mixture and mixuntil just combined.
Melt some butter in a pan over a medium-low heat. Drop a ¼cup of batter in the pan and cook. Cook on first side until small bubbles startto form on the surface and edges starting to brown. Then flip the pancake andcook the other side for a minute.
Your pancakes are ready to be enjoyed. Serve them withbutter and syrup.
