  1. Put a large-sized saucepan on the stovetop. Pour some oil into the pan and keep the flame medium for heating the oil.
  2. Once the oil is hot enough, add the chopped onions and minced garlic in the oil to get them fried.
  3. Once the onions start turning brown, add beef in the fried onion-garlic mixture and stir well to get a proper mixture.
  4. Fry the beef until it turns brown and then it’s time to pour in the chili powder.
