Strawberry Ice Cream Cake with Oreo Crust

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 (8-ounces) frozen whipped topping
  • 16 chocolate sandwich cookies for garnish

  • Take your blender pulse the cookies in it at high speed and get them crushed completely until your get the cookie crumbs.
  • In a bowl mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter using a hand blender.
  • Bring the strawberries and dice the lengthwise. Then bring the baking pan, line a baking sheet in it, and use the cooking spray to lubricate the sheet and pan.
  • Pour the butter mixture on the baking sheet and arrange the diced strawberries around it.
  • You should press it using glass as the top layer should be even and flat. Then you need a chopper to chop the leftover strawberries.
  • Transfer the chopped strawberries into a bowl, and pour milk and lemon juice into it. Stir well.
  • Add the frozen whipped cream into your mixture and make folds in it.
  • Now make a layer of this strawberry batter on the cookie crust and make sure that you have evenly transferred the mixture.
  • You can use a flat spatula to balance your layers and make them even. Put the pan into the freezer and freeze your cookie crust with the strawberry layer.
