  1. On the stovetop, put a saucepan and melt butter in this saucepan.
  2. You should melt the butter at a medium-high speed so that it will not burn.
  3. Once done add the corn starch to it. This will form a thick paste inside the saucepan.
  4. After cooking the pasta for two minutes, pour milk into the pan and stir. Cook until it gets consistent just like a sauce.
  5. Then to perform the next step, add the 2 tablespoons of cream cheese to the milk along with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Add in the Taco seasoning and also pour the hot sauce into it. Whisk well and stir constantly for a few minutes.
