  2. Whisk the mixture really well until all the added ingredients merge into each other and form a good batter. Set the whisked mixture aside to let it settle.
  3. Then in your double boiler, combine the cream cheese with the peanut butter. After both of the ingredients gets soft add the rest of the ingredients. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix well using an electric blender for better results.
  4. Use wire whisk for good mixing of the peanut butter with all the other ingredients. while continually whisking the mixture so that it gets smooth for 30 minutes.
  5. Let your cooked mixture cool down for at least 10-15 minutes.

  7. Dice the butter and spread the pieces in the peanut butter filling.
  8. Then to the peanut butter with the topping mixture. Scrape out all the batter on the cobbler using the spatula.
