  • Pinch of sugar

  • Mint and chopped fresh coriander
  • Paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • The tip of a tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 liter water
  • 1  dash of lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a skillet, brown the chopped onion with the crushed garlic with the butter and olive oil.
