  • 1/4 cup fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chiffonade of fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups Emeril’s meat sauce

  1. Get your oven preheated. The temperature for this preheating should be 400 degrees.
  2. Bring a mixing bowl and in this bowl add a mix of mozzarella with the ricotta. Also, add in the Provolone and Romano.
  3. Mix well and then add the beaten egg and milk to this mixture.
  4. Also, add basil and garlic and season this mixture by adding salt and pepper. Toss well.
