Chicken Maggi Noodles Recipe

Maggi instant noodles are popular in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, South Africa, and other countries and are similar to instant noodles. It is the most instant dish to have at any time of the day to fill up your stomach. It’s your choice to make veggie noodles or chicken noodles.

  • 200 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic fine chopped
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cups water

How to make instant chicken Maggi noodles?

  1. Pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan and heat it until bubbles form in it. Open the maggi pack and boil your noodles.
  2. Add 1/4 tbsp of salt and do not dry them completely. Let the soup stay if you like soupy noodles.
  3. Cut the chicken into smaller cubes by using a knife and a cutting shelf.
  4. The next step is marinating the chicken. In a bowl add the chicken cubes and make it flavorful by adding salt, red chili powder, and the Maggi tastemaker. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Keep aside the boiled Maggi.
  6. In a frying pan squeeze some oil. Add the chopped onion and garlic to it. Saute until it gets soft and then throws the marinated chicken cubes in it.
  7. Cook the chicken and further add taste to it by using vinegar and soy sauce. Dry the chicken mixture through heating. Cover the top with the lid.
  8. Mix your boiled Maggi with chicken. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
