Ruby Tuesday Cajun Jambalaya Pasta Recipe

  • 1 pound chicken (boneless and skinless cut into strips)
  • 6 ounces shrimp (cleaned)
  • 6-ounce sausages
  • 4 ounces red onions (sliced)
  • Four ounces bell peppers, sliced
  • Four ounces Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3/4 cup chicken and seafood mix broth
  • 3 tablespoon Cajun spice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Steps to make Ruby Tuesday Cajun Jambalaya Pasta

  1. In a skillet, cook pasta. Also, add salt to it while cooking for a better taste to keep it separated and to prevent sticking of it.
  2. Grab a large frying pan and heat olive oil in it.
  3. Then in a bowl, you have to marinate the chicken. Mix the chicken with the Cajun spice until your oil is being heated.
  4. Add the crushed garlic and stir fry and then add chicken in it.
  5. Stir and cook the chicken until it is in the middle of being cooked.
  6. Throw the sliced onions in the chicken followed by peppers and shrimp. Also, add in the sausages and cook after a good stir.
  7. For dry spices add kosher salt, black pepper, and Cajun spice.
  8. Sprinkle some water at this point.
  9. Then add in the tomatoes and the Broth. Mix well and let your mixture simmer for some time.
  10. Make sure your water is reduced and a thick sauce is formed in the pan.
  11. Add the cooked pasta to this chicken sauce mixture. Shower chopped parsley at the top.
