FAQs?

Can we add parboiled rice to the soup?

Parboiled rice is best to add to your dishes and especially in your soup. They stay as it is and do not get mushy or stick to each other. Parboiled rice stays well even if you cook the soup for a long time.

How do avoid the rice from absorbing the soup?

To prevent your rice from getting mushy and to keep them unspoiled you should add them to the soup at the end of the process.  You should use long-grain white rice for rice soup as it goes a long way.
